My Place Community is operated by Corona Del Mar Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 98 611 350 924), trading as MyPlaceCommunity.com.au, Rear 794 Hay Street, Wolf Lane, Perth WA 6000.
What we collect
Name, email, phone, country of origin, interests, and profile information you provide. If you check in at a My Place event, we also collect your name, phone, email and country of origin at the door to record attendance. Technical data including IP address and session information for security purposes.
How we use it
To operate the platform, send rewards and event notifications, calculate referral commissions, and improve your experience. We never sell your data to third parties.
Marketing communications
We only send marketing emails (event invites and member offers) if you have actively opted in via a marketing consent checkbox at signup or event check-in -- being a member, or having visited or attended before, is not treated as consent on its own. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time by using it or by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not affect your membership, rewards, or transactional emails such as ticket and order confirmations.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you may access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time. Email admin@myplacecommunity.com.au to exercise these rights.
